Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your Instant Payout merchant account and the data linked to it at any time.
How to request deletion
- In the app (fastest): open Profile → Delete account & data and confirm.
- On this page: enter your registered email below and submit.
- By email: write to support@instantpayout.com from your registered email with your Merchant ID (MID).
What happens
- We confirm the request with you on your registered email before deleting anything.
- Any remaining balance is settled to your verified bank account first, after pending disputes or chargebacks are cleared.
- Immediately once confirmed: your account is closed, you are signed out of every device and your app device and push-notification tokens are deleted.
- Within 30 days: your login credentials, profile details, notification settings and support chats are deleted or anonymised.
- Kept as required by law: transaction, payout, settlement, invoice and KYC records are retained for the period required by Indian law (RBI directions and the PMLA, generally 5 years), stored securely and then deleted or anonymised.
